Breeding Program and how to reserve a puppy
Reservations and Payments:
Our breeding program is carefully designed to produce healthy, happy puppies that meet the breed standard. We use only the best breeding dogs from all over the country, and follow strict guidelines to ensure the health, and well-being of our dogs, and puppies.
Our puppies can be reserved pre birth.
We take up to 7 reservations pre birth per litter, and an 8th reservation sometimes would be allowed. As long as a family in 8th pick spot understand that if not enough puppies would happen to be born. Then the last reservations move to next litter of choice. The rest of the reservations we fill after birth, once we know how many puppies are born, and survive.
Our pre birth reservations are usually all filled up by a month or so prior to birth.
We take reservations up to 15 months in advance.
The reservation fee can be paid in full, or 1/2 at reservation,
and 1/2 the day after birth for pre birth reservations.
Post birth reservations must be received in full on reservation.
Some families choose to pay for their dog in the reservation, and final payment installments only.
Some choose to send smaller, more frequent payments, up to 15 months in advance to best budget for their own needs.
We try to allow for many ways to pay for your puppy, but we do not offer financing. That is because we do not want anyone to go into debt to get a puppy from us.
Reservation fees are part of the final payment not in addition to it.
We try to pass savings back to our puppy families whenever we can. Our own OES were much more expensive, than the puppies we sell, but we want to pass the savings back to our FUREVER puppy families.
There is so much that goes into every single puppy that we raise, and costs to run a responsible, ethical breeding program are very high. So we have to price our pups accordingly. Our prices reflect the sheer amount of the crazy hours that go into raising a litter, all of the costs for Vet, food, birth supplies, nursery supplies, training supplies, feeding and supplementing supplies for puppies and momma ect.
Contracts:
All dogs are sold on Spay / neuter contracts. Unless we have approved you for a breeding dog.
We are very picky about how many breeders go out, and a Breeding contract is required. There is a $5,500 fee charged (per signed contract) if any planned, or accidental litters are produced by one of our puppies without breeding rights being granted and approved by us. This is to insure that no litters are created stemming from our program without coming from parents who are appropriate to become breeder dogs and have passed all of their health testing 1st. It is also to assure that no litters are created stemming from our program who are not going out to homes as good as the ones we choose for our own puppies to go to.
Full breeding rights, if we have approved you to receive a breeding dog from us, are only turned over to you, after all health testing has been completed and passed. This way we know that the dogs coming from our program, who produce puppies, are only producing responsibly, and that they are producing healthiest puppies that they can.
If we discuss and agree to enter a breeding rights contract with you, our Breeding Rights fee includes continued mentoring on your program from us. If you should so desire that.

Guardian Home Availability:
We are often looking for Guardian homes for new adult breeders. Guardian home’s must live within 3 hours of us. One and a half hours is even better. This so that they never have to drive more than 45 minutes to meet up to trade dogs with us, pick up their dog from farm visits ect.
Guardian home dogs will live more with us than Guardian home for the 1st few months.
This is so that we can start basic training, potty training, and crate training, and get them a great start to socialization.
During that time they will visit their Guardian home often.
After that time they will live more with the guardian home, and visit us every 6 weeks at least.
They will stay with us during heat cycles, and live with us from 2 weeks prior to due date for litter, until their pups have gone home.
This is usually about 10 weeks for each litter.
Guardian homes are welcome to come, and spend time with their breeder dog, as they wish, with notice given. During the times that their dog is with us for an extended stay.
We have only had extremely good relationships with our current guardian homes, and we desire to find new guardian homes with people who desire that close relationship as well.
Guardian homes must be kind, caring, loving, very good at communicating, and very willing to continue new training, and refresher training with their dogs.
This will be done most often daily or weekly.
Guardian homes receive:
-A fully health tested, fully trained OES. Who is either already a therapy dog, or about to be.
-Their Guardian dog becomes fully theirs, 6 months after they have had their last litter, or have been spayed or neutered. The decision on when the dog will be spayed, and or neutered will be made solely by the breeder/owner, and the Veterinarian.
-They receive a generous bonus each littler that their Guardian dog produces.
-The bonus ends up being close to $100 for each week that their dog is gone from their home, and staying in our home for puppy litters. This is usually around 10 weeks for girls, and 1-2 weeks each heat cycle for males.
-We pay for all yearly Wellness and Vaccines, and Reproductive Veterinary care while in our program.
-We pay for all training classes up to Canine Good Citizen
– We provide Free Boarding of their Guardian dogs while away on trips, or vacations, or during a hospital stay.
-Over the course of a Guardian Home Breeder dogs career, the Guardian home ends up receiving about $8,000 between their dog, vet care, and litter bonuses.
The costs that the Guardian home is responsible for:
-Feeding Supplies
-Grooming
-Monthly Flea, and Tick treatment
-AKC pet insurance.
Any Vet care for accidents, or illness that does not end up being covered by Insurance.
